Lesson Focus
Many men live life reacting to pressure, temptation, fear, and failure. They fight hoping to win someday. But through Jesus Christ, victory has already been secured. The believer is called to fight from victory, not for victory.
Jesus settled His obedience in the garden before He ever went to the cross (Matthew 26:36–46). The battle was decided internally before it was demonstrated publicly. In the same way, consecration and separation prepare us to live victoriously.
Key Truth
You are not fighting for victory. You are fighting from victory.
Before God gives possession, He demands separation. What God gives you, you must be prepared to handle. Victory requires discipline, renewal, and responsibility.
