But now Jesus, our High Priest, has been given a ministry that is far superior to the old priesthood, for he is the one who mediates for us a far better covenant with God, based on better promises.

Under the direction of the Holy Spirit Covenant Ministries was founded in 1993 by Pastor Sherry J. Method.  The church  established a vision to serve the underserved communities in the greater  Atlanta and Columbus, GA areas.  Pastor Sherry J. Method served as  Pastor for nearly 30 years.  Through her faith and determination many  outreach ministries were formed under her leadership.

In  April 2022, Apostle Sherry J. Method installed Minister Eddie Jones as  the Senior Lead Pastor of Covenant Ministries.  Through fasting and  prayer, Pastor Eddie was directed by the Holy Spirit to change the  ministry name to New Covenant Connection Church in February 2023.   Today, the church serves as virtual church reaching people throughout  the world.  Pastor Eddie Jones serves as the leadership of the ministry  alongside his wife, First Lady Tasha Jones.
